Tonight my great-grandmother (my mom's mom's mom) and I made a cutie-patootie baby shirt; her hand in it just happened to have occurred years ago. I have a box full of her floral lace and crocheted pieces, and I have been thinking of ways to use them. So, I took one of the pieces that was a half-finished floral vine, but which I thought resembled coral, and affixed it to one of the kimono tops I dyed. 
The other pieces were clearly floral and very feminine, but you can see some potential projects with the flowers should we have a baby girl. (These flowers aren't attached.) Hopefully you'll see more Grandma Way crafts find their way into the blog in the future.
