Today is Ash Wednesday, and it probably wasn't the best day to dress Avonlea Jane all in white. Her ashes quickly rubbed off though on Mommy (who was fortunately not in all white). Today was Avonlea Jane's first time going to babies' story/song time at the library, and she loved it. It gave her the opportunity to stare at some of her favorite things: other babies. She just adores looking at other babies, especially walking and crawling ones. On the way home she got to see lots of another new favorite thing: flags. When she is in either a carrier or her stroller, she doesn't have much of view, but she can see flags and she becomes mesmerized by the waving motion.

What a sweet smiley baby!
The smile photos are too cute!
Also, you're so crafty, I bet you could make a cute removable cover for the bouncy thing, which might be helpful, just from a cleaning standpoint. You know, when you have a free minute -- like in May!
