We let Avonlea Jane keep her party balloons in her room through her birthday. Both kids were thrilled.
Bath time
On Avonlea Jane's birthday, we spent the early afternoon at the Wenham Museum. Their main exhibits are model trains and dolls, but Avonlea Jane really enjoyed playing house in their Puritan children exhibit.
On the evening of her birthday, after dance class, we took her to do The Jumpy Thing at the mall.
With the help of the operator, she got to maximum jumping height.
