The end of February

One of the joys of co-sleeping is that it means a tiny bit of room for Daddy, a small bit of room for Mommy, and a giant portion of bed for Will. As soon as he's asleep, he starts to rotate.

Justin came over for a play date, and the kids had some fun dancing time.

Last weekend, we went to the PEM to see a demonstration of traditional Wampanoag music.

After listening to the music for a while and volunteering for a couple of dance numbers, Avonlea Jane went to do a mosaic art project.

We tried to see some of the new exhibits while we were at the museum, but Willie wasn't interested and had a lot more fun crawling up a staircase.

The calm before the storm: just before the kids started fighting over a carrot

Will was victorious!

"Willie won't share with me!"

This week, we finally got to a project that was long overdue. In December, I told Avonlea Jane we would make birdseed ornaments that we could hang around the neighborhood, but we never got around to them. This week, we had some great weather, so she rolled up some little suet balls to give to the birds.

Getting ready for our walk to the cemetery

Will quickly fell asleep.

Avonlea Jane picked out all of the trees for her seed balls.
