Valentine's Day weekend in Salem was also the Salem's So Sweet: Chocolate and Ice Sculpture Festival. Before walking downtown to see the sculptures, Avonlea Jane spent another morning at the Phoenix School's Young Explorers Program. This time, they learned about Asia.

In honor of her new dragon puppet, she decided to wear her dragon hat around town.
Our first stop downtown was the Old Town Hall, where they were having a festival for the little ones. Cinderella and Snow White were both there and gave Avonlea Jane her own crown.
