Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit, and when she was done with preschool, Avonlea Jane couldn't wait to show them the Ropes Garden, one of her new favorite spots.

Then we decided to go to one of Will's favorite places, the Juniper Cove beach by the Willows.
It's a great spot for beach-combing and rock skipping.
Will also loves to go to the playground across the street when Avonlea Jane is in school.
We went shopping to find Grandpa a costume, but we also found this gem. Avonlea Jane looks just like Uncle Dillon.
We all went to a church Halloween party with Avonlea Jane dressed at Katniss from The Hunger Games. She saw our friend Christine in her Katniss costume months ago and decided that's what she wanted to be.
Everyone got into the Halloween spirit.
