Before our whole household was basically quarantined with sickness (the kids with strep, me with pneumonia) and from the snow, the kids and I enjoyed an evening with friends at Life Alive in Salem.
That weekend we certainly woke up to a ton of snow outside. Here you can see the snow piled halfway up our kitchen window.
Ready to go out
The most difficult thing when it snows is finding a place to put all of it. Here you can see how tall it got in the backyard.
Will was not overly thrilled with the snow. He said he'd rather go take a nap.
Avonlea Jane was happy to be out as long as we let her be while sick.
Even with snowblower, David was outside removing snow for 6+ hours, and our neighbor Mark was out for about 8.
On Sunday, David made a snow slide for Avonlea Jane while Will, again, chose to take a nap.
On Day 2, while Salem still had both a driving and parking ban on, it was time to clear out my car. That took me about two hours.
Playing at Kate, Chad, and Grace's house across the street

Mush!
