Mid-May

We met up with Taran and Finn at the North Shore Gem and Mineral Show. In this photo, Will stole all of Avonlea Jane's happiness.

This month was Avonlea Jane's dance recital, and all of the girls were precious in their routines.

After church on Mother's Day, we headed to Essex to go eat at The Farm, a truly family-friendly restaurant with patio dining leading into their backyard. The yard is full on horseshoes, cornhole, sand volleyball, a kids' garden, and balls/bats/whatnot that the kids can play with while they're there. 

Mid-May also saw National Free Comic Book Day, where all comic stores have a selection of free comics. We took the kids to both comic stores in town and got quite the haul.
