On our way

On the commuter rail to meet Daddy so that we could start our drive down to Virginia

Waiting at the station for Daddy to pick us up after work

Working the sillies out after 30 minutes on a train, a 60-minute layover, 30 minutes on a train, and a 45-minute for wait for Daddy before several hours in the car

On our way to Williamsburg, we stopped by Fredericksburg to see Chatham, a former Civil War hospital.

Chatham was a hospital where both Clara Barton and Walt Whitman served as nurses. It is also an important location in Liv's historical novel.
