One month old

Avonlea Jane was one month old yesterday! She has grown so much. She is now ~two inches longer than at birth, and her head circumference is 1.25 inches larger. We don't know what her current weight is though. Our grand idea, because we don't have a small scale that does ounces, was to take her to the post office and weigh her in the lobby. Unfortunately, the lines at the post office are too long. We'll just have to wait to find out what she weighs at her two-month appointment.

Our little girl received an unlikely gift at one month from Maxwell--her very first kitty kiss.
