Enjoying being at home

We have thoroughly enjoyed being back at home this week. Avonlea Jane has taken so well to all of the changes this summer, but we can tell she's glad to be sleeping in our bed again (as are we).

It seems as if summer weather has finally arrived. Who would have thought we would need to come to New England to find warm weather. Because it has been so nice, we spent much of the week outside: walking around downtown Salem, going to swing on the Common, playing in Avonlea Jane's new baby pool, and playing disc golf.
