Blizzard

After our blizzard last night, Avonlea Jane is ready to bundle up to go play in the snow.

David and all of our neighbors shoveled for three hours this morning to clear our common driveway. This is the snow wall David had to make to clear part of the sidewalk.

Our street was pretty well plowed

The front of the house was covered in snow.

Other than in front of the house, the only place to put snow is in our yard.

A benefit to the blizzard: a snow mountain!

Daddy smoothed out the snow between Mark and Karen's and Janet and Doug's houses so it could become a slide.

Wee!

It was too windy and still snowing, so we couldn't make a snowman, but Avonlea Jane was more than happy to come inside to get a banana and some oatmeal.
