The first week of June

Shooting arrows all day is tough work.

The kids are playing in the garden with some of their classmates in their new Spanish class. They recently started taking a full-immersion Spanish class for pre-schoolers at Glen Urquhart School in Beverly Farms. The class is supposed to be just for the kids, while the parents drink school-provided dark roast coffee in the lobby (win!). Avonlea Jane is loving it, but Will only likes the class when Mommy stays in the room. He isn't quite up for a full class by himself yet. It's made them start asking for videos, books, and CDs in Spanish, though. Avonlea Jane is most thrilled because she's learning conversational things she can say to Senior Fabio, who's the sexton at Henny Penny/church.

On a lunch time playdate with Mimi after Spanish class

After swim lessons on Saturday, we headed to Peabody for our friend Hayden's fifth birthday party.

Look what I can do!
