The start of Advent

Trimming the tree, before Frederick knocked it over, breaking the base. Thankfully, some quick thinking allowed us to put the tree in a large pot with some fast-set concrete.

Playing with the felt tree

Getting ready to join friends on the Christmas Carol Trolley, a production both on a trolley and on location.

All of the kids were packed in the back.

The kids loved seeing our neighbor Mark as Scrooge.

In an attempt to hide from the Ghost of Christmas Present, Scrooge put his hat on Will.

Then he put Will's hat on his own head.

The kids as the Cratchet children

Will was next to our neighbor Karen, as Mrs. Cratchet, and he kept saying, "Karen, there's no food."

The whole trolley was rented out by our friend Donna's friends and family. It was nice to share the experience with so many people we knew. Here, Donna is one of the children with the Ghost of Christmas Present.

At the graveyard with Scrooge and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come

The whole family loved the production, especially because of how much we care for the cast.
